If you like, in addition to the software download you receive with your purchase, you can ask for a separate installer be shipped to you directly on a Compact Disk (CD) for an additional US$15.00.

To insure proper operation, you should download and install the latest versions of the following FREE Microsoft products before installing the Gem Weight Wizard:

or later. Except for Windows 98/ME, which requires Windows Installer 2.0 or later. Windows Installer 3.1 or later is recommended.

or later. You must also be running Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.01 or later for all installations of the .NET Framework.

Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0
or later. The Microsoft .NET Framework version 2.0 redistributable package installs the .NET Framework runtime and associated files required to run applications developed to target the .NET Framework v2.0.
